BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES

MEMBERS PRESENT: Owens added what the petitioner has

Road. This motion is based on the condition
the petitioner has agreed to annually
maintain the pedestrian striping of the
sidewalk. Mr. Suko seconded. Motion passed

Mr. Montgomery stated Ed Martin is going to
replace all the lighting on the side of the
buildings with LED lights. This will cost close
to 500,000 dollars because he wants it to look
good.
