MINUTES ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION December 11, 2014 in-fill housing. Construction will commence PUBLIC MEETING before December 31, 2014, for a single-family 4:30 p.m. dwelling intended for human habitation. The Conference Room #1 area has unimproved lots and has been 120 East 8th Street undesirable for normal development and Anderson, IN 46016 occupancy due to a cessation of residential growth and development. The improvements to the property will be at an estimated cost of $97,300. The request is for a three-year tax abatement as it is not considered
