Mr. Frischkorn explained the resolution is for a
residential tax abatement for 2829 Sonnet Drive
located in the Paramount Springs subdivision.
The improvements to the property will be at an
estimated cost of $97,300. The request is for a
three-year tax abatement as it is not considered
