MINUTES ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION September 10, 2015 Lot 175B located in the Southmain Village West PUBLIC HEARING Phase 3. The improvements to the property will be 4:30 p.m. at an estimated cost of $185,000. The request is for Conference Room #1 a three-year tax abatement as it is not considered 120 East 8th Street in-fill housing. Staff recommends approval of the resolution. Mr. Nagengast mentioned this was a spec unit and was identical to the other unit. Ms. Wagner moved to approve Resolution #EDC09- 15. Mr. Markle seconded.
