Ms. Jamerson seconded. Motion passed unanimously; 4 yes, 0 no. STAFF PRESENT Greg Winkler, ED Director NEW BUSINESS Karen Soetenga, ED Staff EDC23-20 Resolution Recommending Residential Paul Podlejski, City Attorney Tax Abatement for Sherri and Donald Mark Keck – 6431 Colt Lane OTHERS PRESENT Mr. Winkler briefed members on Resolution EDC23- Donald Mark Keck, Tax Abatement Applicant 20 a residential tax abatement for Sherri and Donald Jason Cooper, Tax Abatement Applicant Mark Keck. Mr. Winkler stated the address is 6431 Suellen and Danny Turner, Tax Abatement Applicant Colt Lane, Lot 37 in Apple Downs Addition. The Daphne Holtzleiter, Mustin Builders request is for a three-year tax abatement, as it is not David Eicks, BOW Chairman considered in-fill housing. Construction will commence before December 31, 2020, for a single- family dwelling intended for human habitation. Improvements to the property will be at an estimated cost of $219,770.00.
