May 13, 2021
PUBLIC HEARING Ellenhurst Drive, Lot 94 in Glen Ellyn Addition. The
4:30pm request is for a three-year tax abatement, as it is not

Mr. Gale made a motion to approve the March 11,
2021 minutes as presented. Ms. Jamerson
seconded. Motion passed unanimously; 3 yes, 0 no.
NEW BUSINESS
EDC07-21 Resolution Recommending Residential
Tax Abatement for Christopher and Phyllis
Campbell – 6410 Bluegrass Drive
Mr. Winkler briefed members on Resolution EDC07-
21 a residential tax abatement for Christopher and
Phyllis Campbell. Mr. Winkler stated the address is
6410 Bluegrass Drive, Lot 42 in Apple Downs
Addition. The request is for a three-year tax
abatement, as it is not considered in-fill housing.
Construction will commence before December 31,
2021, for a single-family dwelling intended for human
habitation. Improvements to the property will be at
an estimated cost of $280,830.00. Mr. Campbell
briefed members on the new construction. Brief
discussion followed.
Ms. Jamerson moved to approve Resolution EDC07-
21 for Christopher and Phyllis Campbell and Mr.
Gale seconded. Motion passed unanimously; 3 yes,
0 no.
