MINUTES Mr. Gale made a motion to approve the September 9, 2021 minutes as presented. Ms. Jamerson seconded. A roll call vote was taken. NEW BUSINESS EDC13-21 Resolution Recommending Residential Tax Abatement for Rodney and Dianna Belangee – 3212 Waterway Blvd Mr. Winkler briefed members on Resolution EDC13- 21 a residential tax abatement for Rodney and Dianna Belangee. Mr. Winkler stated the address is 3212 Waterway Blvd in the Lake Clearwater Addition, Lot 30 . The request is for a three year tax abatement, as it is not considered in-fill housing. Construction will commence before December 31, 2021, for a single-family dwelling intended for human habitation. Improvements to the property will be at an estimated cost of $530,000.00. Mr. Belangee briefed members on the new construction. Brief discussion followed. Mr. Reed moved to approve Resolution EDC13-21 for Rodney and Dianna Belangee and Mr. Gale seconded.
