1 City of Anderson Minutes of the Regular Meeting, November 20, 2012 Park Board Members Present • Dick Bevelhimer: Vice President • Carolyn Dunteman • Darin Foltz Absent Attorney: Richard Walker 2:29 Call to Order Mr. Dick Bevelhimer called the meeting to order at 4:15, and led all in the Pledge of Allegiance. 2:30 Approval of October 16, 2012 and October 30, 2012 minutes; Special meeting Mr. Darin Foltz motioned to approve October 30, 2012 minutes with the following correction; Request for the approval of Interim Superintendent not granted by the as requested by administration Ms. Carolyn Dunteman seconded the motion Motion carried 2:31 Business Administrators Report: Teresa Spencer Request for motion to approve payment of bills totaling $11,132.81 Mr. Darin Foltz motioned to approve payment of bills totaling $11,132.81 Ms. Carolyn Dunteman seconded the motion.
