The Plan Commission had three items in front of the
City Council at the September Council meeting. The
third and final reading was approved for the rezoning
of 5335 South Scatterfield Road from B-4 to B-1
submitted by the Salon Professional Academy and
Scatterfield Road Associates and for the update of
Flood Controls. The final item was the Amendments
to the Sign Requirements which was approved for the
first and second readings.
