The value of the land is not going to be affected in a dramatic way. Mr. Rayford seconded. Motion passed 5 yes, 0 no. Mr. Dauss had to abstain. CITY COUNCIL UPDATES Approved 3rd reading for a rezoning from R-2 to B-4 for 2109, 2119 and 2131 East 38th Street. Approved all three (3) readings of an alley vacation for a replat at West 17th Street and Sheridan Street. MISCELLANEOUS Mr. Spencer asked if there was any progress on the other Communities and their fee structures? Ms. George stated Mr. Widing has that information. 4
