PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES OCTOBER 30, 2012 MEMBERS PRESENT: and Pitt Street. Mr. Owens added the plan is Greg Spencer, President to put a road in that area. MISCELLANEOUS Mr. Owens stated we are starting the process of gathering properties for demolitions. Community Development has received funds ADJOURMENT from the Federal Government, $79,404.00.
