In person public attendance will be available with limited seating. Seats are available on a first
come, first served basis. Members of the public shall have the right to observe and offer public
comment at the appropriate time.
THE CITY COUNCIL appreciates your interest and encourages your participation. Regularly scheduled
meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month. The Agenda is divided into two sections:
CONSENT AGENDA: These matters include routine financial and administration actions and are
usually approved by a single majority vote.
REGULAR AGENDA: These items include significant financial and administration actions of special
interest, hearings and work sessions. The numerical order of the items on this Agenda is for
convenience of reference. Items may be taken out of order upon request of the Mayor or Council
Members. All questions shall be directed to the Mayor who, at his/her discretion, will refer to City Staff.

A. Ordinance 552 - Introduce, waive the first reading by substitution of title, hold a public hearing
and schedule January 6, 2026 for a second reading to consider adopting Ordinance 552
updating the 2022 Building Codes to the 2025 Building Codes, Amy Augustine, City Planner
B. Resolution 25-91 Reimbursement agreement for the off-site water systems improvements
installed by Eureka Oaks / Habitat for Humanity Calaveras, Amy Augustine, City Planner
Resolution 25-99 Authorizing Eureka Oaks / Habitat for Humanity Calaveras to use the
reimbursement amount for off-site waterline improvements towards any or all Capital
Improvement / Impact Mitigation Fees, Amy Augustine, City Planner
Resolution 25-100 Directing staff to pursue amending the City Fee Schedule to allow
offsetting workforce housing fees for wastewater connections at a higher rate that currently
allowed with grant funds for wastewater capital improvements subject to legal noticing,

E. Resolution 25-104 - Authorizing the County of Calaveras to Install a Ballot Drop Box on City

F. Resolution 25-105 - Approving an Agreement with Municipal Resource Group, LLC (MRG) for
a Role and Workload Assessment for the Administrative Services Officer Position in an
