All approved on voice vote. III APPROVAL OF JULY 16 OPEN MINUTES CM Eaton moved to approve the July 16 open meeting minutes, seconded by CM Ramlawi. All approved on voice vote. IV PUBLIC COMMENT No public comment was brought before the committee. V PRESENTATIONS Interim Administrator Tom Crawford provided an update on the fiscal position of the City for the Committee, discussing funds balances and response activities to the COVID-19 pandemic. John Fournier also provided a presentation on a potential childcare reimbursement program for employees that will be going to council at the September 8th meeting. City of Ann Arbor Page 1 Budget and Labor Committee Meeting Minutes - Final August 18, 2020 VI CLOSED SESSION FOR THE STRATEGY CONNECTED WITH THE NEGOTIATION OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT CM Lumm motioned to go into closed session for a strategy session connected with the negotiation of a collective bargaining agreement with union(s) under MCLA 15.268(c) at 2:40pm, seconded by CM Eaton. All approved on voice vote. CM Ramlawi motioned to move back into open session at 4:00pm, seconded by CM Eaton. All approved on voice vote. VII ADDITIONAL BUSINESS AS NECESSARY No additional business was brought before the committee. VIII ADJOURNMENT CM Ramlawi motioned to adjourn the meeting at 4:01pm, seconded by CM Eaton.
