Larcom, Jr. City Hall Building, 301 E. Huron St. Councilmembers Bannister, Griswold, Eaton, Nelson, Smith and Ramlawi were in attendance. Councilmember Nelson agreed to be the timekeeper. APPROVAL OF AGENDA The agenda was approved by consent. PUBLIC COMMENT Public commentary general time No need to sign up in advance and speakers will be assigned in the order of arrival for a maximum of three minutes. Fourteen speakers spoke at public commentary general time. INFORMATION/UPCOMING BUSINESS Open discussion Priority will be given to topics on the next day's council meeting agenda. Councilmember Eaton led an open discussion of the topics on the March 4 City Council Meeting agenda.
