Larcom Jr., City Hall Building, 301 E. Huron Street. Councilmember Eaton agreed to be the timekeeper. Councilmembers Bannister, Eaton, Griswold, Hayner, Lumm, Nelson and Ramlawi were present. APPROVAL OF AGENDA The agenda was approved by consent. INFORMATION/UPCOMING BUSINESS Open discussion led by a council member with focus on the March 18 council meeting agenda. Councilmember Nelson led an open discussion of the topics on the March 18 City Council meeting agenda. PUBLIC COMMENT Public commentary general time (No need to sign up in advance and speakers will be assigned in the order of arrival for a maximum of three minutes.) Nine speakers spoke during the agenda review or public commentary general time.
