Larcom Jr. Municipal Building, 301 E. Huron Street. Councilmember Nelson agreed to be the timekeeper. Councilmembers Bannister, Griswold, Eaton, Nelson, Ramlawi and Smith were present. APPROVAL OF AGENDA The agenda was approved by unanimous consent. INFORMATION/UPCOMING BUSINESS Open discussion led by a Council Member with focus on the April 1 City Council meeting agenda. Councilmember Ramlawi led an open discussion of the topics on the April 1 City Council meeting agenda. PUBLIC COMMENT Public commentary general time (No need to sign up in advance and speakers will be assigned in the order of arrival for a maximum of three minutes.) Nine speakers spoke during the agenda review or public commentary general time.
