Larcom, Jr. Building, 2nd Floor Council Chambers, 301 E. Huron Street. Councilmember Nelson agreed to be the timekeeper. Councilmembers Bannister, Nelson, Griswold, Eaton and Ramlawi were present. APPROVAL OF AGENDA INFORMATION/UPCOMING BUSINESS Open discussion led by a Council Member with focus on the April 15 City Council meeting. Councilmember Bannister led an open discussion of the topics on the April 15 City Council meeting. PUBLIC COMMENT Public commentary general time (No need to sign up in advance and speakers will be assigned in the order of arrival for a maximum of three minutes.) Audience members engaged during the agenda review and public commentary general time.
