Huron Street. Councilmember Griswold agreed to be the timekeeper. Councilmembers Eaton, Griswold, Lumm, Nelson and Bannister were present. APPROVAL OF AGENDA INFORMATION/UPCOMING BUSINESS Open discussion led by a Council Member with focus on the May 20 City Council meeting. Councilmember Eaton led an open discussion of the topics on the May 20 City Council meeting agenda. PUBLIC COMMENT Public commentary general time (No need to sign up in advance and speakers will be assigned in the order of arrival for a maximum of three minutes.) Audience members engaged during the agenda review and public commentary general time. ADJOURNMENT Councilmember Eaton adjourned the Caucus at 5:19 PM.
