CALL TO ORDER
Councilmember Nelson called the City Council Caucus to order at 7:05
p.m.
Councilmember Griswold agreed to be the timekeeper.
Councilmembers Nelson, Griswold, Eaton and Bannister were present.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
INFORMATION/UPCOMING BUSINESS
Open discussion led by a Council Member with focus on the July 15 City Council
meeting.
Councilmember Nelson led an open discussion of the topics on the July
15 City Council meeting agenda.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Public commentary general time (No need to sign up in advance and speakers will be
assigned in the order of arrival for a maximum of three minutes.)
Audience members engaged during the agenda review and public
commentary general time.
ADJOURNMENT
Councilmember Nelson adjourned the Caucus at 8:26 p.m.
