Huron Street, Ann Arbor. Councilmember Griswold agreed to be the timekeeper. Councilmembers Nelson, Griswold, Eaton, Ramlawi and Bannister were present. APPROVAL OF AGENDA INFORMATION/UPCOMING BUSINESS Open discussion led by a Council Member with focus on the August 5 City Council meeting. Councilmember Nelson led an open discussion of the topics on the July 5 City Council meeting agenda. PUBLIC COMMENT Public commentary general time (No need to sign up in advance and speakers will be assigned in the order of arrival for a maximum of three minutes.) Audience members engaged during the agenda review and public commentary general time.
