Huron Street, Ann Arbor. Councilmember Griswold agreed to be the timekeeper. Councilmembers Bannister, Griswold, Eaton, Ramlawi and Nelson were present. APPROVAL OF AGENDA INFORMATION/UPCOMING BUSINESS Open discussion led by a Council Member with focus on the September 16 City Council meeting. Councilmember Bannister led an open discussion of the topics on the September 17 City Council meeting agenda. PUBLIC COMMENT Public commentary general time (No need to sign up in advance and speakers will be assigned in the order of arrival for a maximum of three minutes.) Audience members engaged during the agenda review and public commentary general time.
