Huron Street, Ann Arbor. Councilmembers Eaton, Bannister, Ramlawi and Nelson were in attendance. APPROVAL OF AGENDA INFORMATION/UPCOMING BUSINESS Open discussion led by a Council Member with focus on the November 18 City Council meeting. Councilmember Eaton led an open discussion of the topics on the November 18 City Council meeting agenda. PUBLIC COMMENT Public commentary general time (No need to sign up in advance and speakers will be assigned in the order of arrival for a maximum of three minutes.) Audience members engaged during the agenda review and public commentary general time. ADJOURNMENT Councilmember Eaton adjourned the Caucus at 9:10 p.m. All persons are encouraged to participate in public meetings.
