Councilmembers Griswold, Bannister, Eaton and Nelson were in attendance. APPROVAL OF AGENDA NEW BUSINESS INFORMATION/UPCOMING BUSINESS Open discussion led by a Council Member with focus on the April 6 City Council meeting. Councilmember Griswold led a discussion on the April 6 City Council meeting agenda topics. PUBLIC COMMENT Audience members engaged during the agenda review and public commentary periods. ADJOURNMENT Councilmember Griswold adjourned the Caucus at 8:30 p.m. All persons are encouraged to participate in public meetings.
