Huron Street, Ann Arbor. ROLL CALL City Clerk Jacqueline Beaudry and Assistant City Attorney Kristen Larcom were also in attendance. Present: 4 - Jane Lumm, Sumi Kailasapathy, Chip Smith and Kirk Westphal APPROVAL OF AGENDA A motion was made by Councilmember Kailasapathy, seconded by Councilmember Westphal, that the Agenda be approved as presented. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 18-0863 Council Liquor License Review Committee Meeting Minutes of February 16, 2018 Attachments: 02-16-18 liquor minutes.pdf A motion was made by Councilmember Westphal, seconded by Councilmember Smith, that the Minutes of the Council Liquor License Review Committee Meeting of February 16, 2018 be approved by the Commission and forwarded to the City Council by 6/4/2018. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENT None. NEW BUSINESS 18-0575 Resolution to Recommend Approval of Issuance of a Downtown Development District Liquor License at 413 E. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. Enactment No: R-18-193 18-0850 Resolution to Approve a Request from Mothfire Brewing Company, LLC - d/b/a Mothfire Brewing Company for a New Micro-Brewer Liquor License with Sunday Sales (AM & PM) and an Outdoor Service Area to be Located at 1443 Jorn Court Sponsors: Council Liquor License Review Committee Attachments: 1443 Jorn Ct. - Mothfire Brewing Co. - New MicroBrewer.pdf Several members discussed possible parking concerns, but stated that these issues should be addressed by Planning during the site plan process. A motion was made by Councilmember Westphal, seconded by Councilmember Smith, that the Resolution be recommended for approval and forwarded to the City Council by 5/21/2018. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. UNFINISHED BUSINESS None. INFORMATION/UPCOMING BUSINESS There was discussion about the transfer of the license from Glass House Brewery on Liberty. Pending payment of taxes, this item would be coming to the Committee.
