ROLL CALL All participating remotely from Ann Arbor, Michigan, Washtenaw County, with the following exceptions: Councilmember Song participated remotely from Charlevoix, MI. Councilmember Disch participated remotely from Little Point Sable, MI. Present: 3- Lisa Disch, Kathy Griswold and Linh Song APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRPERSON A motion was made by Councilmember Disch, seconded by Councilmember Griswold, that Councilmember Song be appointed Chair of the Committee. On a voice vote, the motion carried. Councilmember Song took over as Chair for the meeting. APPROVAL OF AGENDA A motion was made by Councilmember Griswold, seconded by Councilmember Disch, that the Agenda be approved as presented. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENT None. APPROVAL OF MINUTES City of Ann Arbor Page 1 Council Liquor License Review Meeting Minutes - Final August 10, 2021 Committee 21-1494 Council Liquor License Review Committee Meeting Minutes of April 12, 2021 A motion was made by Councilmember Griswold, seconded by Councilmember Disch, that the Council Liquor Committee Minutes of April 12, 2021 be approved by the Commission and forwarded to the City Council by 9/7/2021. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. NEW BUSINESS 21-1453 Resolution to Recommend Approval of Issuance of a Downtown Development District Liquor License to Evergreen Downtown Sponsors: Council Liquor License Review Committee A motion was made by Councilmember Disch, seconded by Councilmember Griswold, that the Resolution be recommended for adoption to the City Council by 8/16/2021. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried.
