On a voice vote the chair declared the motion carried. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 19-0545 Council Policy Agenda Committee meeting minutes for March 6, 2019 A motion was made by Councilmember Griswold, seconded by Councilmember Lumm, that the Minutes be Approved by the Commission and forwarded to the City Council. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. NEW BUSINESS 1. Discussion of proposed crosswalk law 2. Local Control over Renewable Energy Standards in Building Codes Postponed. Added to unfinished business for April 23rd meeting UNFINISHED BUSINESS 19-0134 Propose Council Resolution to support House Bill 4025 A motion was made by Councilmember Griswold, seconded by City of Ann Arbor Page 1 Council Policy Agenda Committee Meeting Minutes - Draft March 26, 2019 Councilmember Lumm, that the Resolution be approved as Amended. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. 1. Continued discussion of the FY20 Legislative Agenda Discussed draft language for future resolution expressing support for Collective Bargaining INFORMATION/UPCOMING BUSINESS 2. Quarterly Legislative Policy Update for Council PUBLIC COMMENT ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Councilmember Griswold, seconded by Councilmember Hayner, that the meeting be Adjourned.
