On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 19-0845 Council Policy Agenda Committee minutes from March 26, 2019 A motion was made by Councilmember Lumm, seconded by Councilmember Hayner, that the Minutes be Approved by the Commission and forwarded to the City Council On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. NEW BUSINESS 25mph speed limit on local roads, traffic speed on Arborview, HB 4465, HB 4466 UNFINISHED BUSINESS 19-0381 City of Ann Arbor Council Policy Agenda for Fiscal Year 2020 A motion was made by Councilmember Smith, seconded by Councilmember Lumm, that the Draft Legislative Agenda be Approved conditionally. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried.
