Assistant City Administrator John Fournier was also in attendance. Present: 5- Erica Briggs, Jen Eyer, Travis Radina, Kathy Griswold and Linh Song APPROVAL OF AGENDA Council member Griswold moved to approve the agenda. Council member Briggs seconded the motion. Approved APPROVAL OF MINUTES Council member Griswold moved to approve the minutes. Council member Radina seconded the motion. Approved 21-1894 Council Policy Agenda Committee meeting minutes for October 19, 2021 NEW BUSINESS None UNFINISHED BUSINESS Discussion on Lobbying RFP Staff will review lobbying RFP, final recommendations will be brought back to the committee for review and feedback. The committee unanimously agreed to push further discussion on the bidding process of the lobbying RFP back to January 18th.
