Also present: Interim City Administrator Milton Dohoney Jr., Assistant City Administrator John Fournier, Deputy City Attorney Kevin McDonald, Executive Assistant Kelly Reynolds, and Strategic Planning Coordinator Sara Higgins who recorded the minutes. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Motion to approve the agenda by Councilmember Griswold, seconded by Councilmember Radina. Approved. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-0105 Council Policy Agenda Committee Meeting Minutes - November 16, 2021 Motion to approve the minutes by Councilmember Radina, seconded by Councilmember Briggs. Approved. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 1 Update on RFP for Lobbying Services (John Fournier) Discussion. Staff will bring forth recommendation of Dykema via resolution to approve contract for City Council approval. NEW BUSINESS 1 Discussion of HR 6219 - The Protecting Community Television Act (John Fournier) Discussion. Motion for endorsement of letter of support by Councilmember Briggs, seconded by Councilmember Eyer; approved. Staff to share draft resolution of endorsement with committee. INFORMATION/UPCOMING BUSINESS Councilmember Griswold requested to discuss the Fair Housing Act and financial equity at the next committee meeting and will share City of Ann Arbor Page 1 Council Policy Agenda Committee Meeting Minutes - Final February 28, 2022 more information in advance with Mr. Fournier.
