Huron Street. ROLL CALL Steve Gerhart, Deputy City Clerk, and Kelly Beattie, Boards and Commissions Coordinator, were also present. Approved as presented Present: 3- Jacqueline Beaudry, Robert Pfannes, and Matt Thomas Absent: 1- Stephen Postema APPROVAL OF AGENDA A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Pfannes, that the Agenda be approved as presented. On a voice vote, the chair declared the motion carried. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Election Commission Meeting Minutes of the April 17, 2018 Attachments: 2018-04-17 Election Commission Minutes.pdf A motion was made by Pfannes, seconded by Thomas, that the Minutes of the April 17, 2018 Election Commission Meeting be approved by the Commission and forwarded to the City Council. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENT None. NEW BUSINESS City of Ann Arbor Page 1 Election Commission Meeting Minutes - Final May 31, 2018 City of Ann Arbor Election Commission Resolution to Establish Absent Voter Count Boards, Receiving Boards and Certifying Boards for the Statewide Primary Election to be Held in the City of Ann Arbor on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 A motion was made by Pfannes, seconded by Thomas, that the Resolution be approved by the Commission. On a voice vote, the chair declared the motion carried. Resolution to Temporarily Relocate Precinct 1-4 from the Ann Arbor Community Center, 625 N. Main Street, to Second Baptist Church, 850 Red Oak Drive, for the Statewide Primary Election on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 Attachments: AACC City Clerk polling termination1.pdf, AACC polling agreement.pdf A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Pfannes, that the Resolution be recommended for approval and sent to the City Council. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. UNFINISHED BUSINESS None. INFORMATION/UPCOMING BUSINESS None.
