Huron Street. ROLL CALL Steve Gerhart, Deputy City Clerk, and Kelly Beattie, Boards and Commissions Coordinator, were also present. Present: 2- Matt Thomas, and Jennifer Alexa Absent: 3- Jacqueline Beaudry, Stephen Postema, and Robert Pfannes APPROVAL OF AGENDA A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Alexa, that the agenda be Approved as presented. On a voice vote, the chair declared the motion carried. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Election Commission Meeting Minutes of May 31, 2018 Attachments: 2018-05-31 Election Commission Minutes.pdf A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Alexa, that the Minutes of the May 31, 2018 Election Commission be Approved as presented. On a voice vote, the chair declared the motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENT None NEW BUSINESS City of Ann Arbor Page 1 Election Commission Meeting Minutes - Final July 17, 2018 Appointment of Election Inspectors for the August 7, 2018 Primary Election A motion was made by Alexa, seconded by Thomas, that the propsed list of election inspectors for the August 7, 2018 be approved with the understanding that recruitment will continue. On a voice vote, the [chait] chair declared the motion carried. UNFINISHED BUSINESS None INFORMATION/UPCOMING BUSINESS The Commission announced the next meeting will be July 27, 2018 and will include a public accuracy test.
