Larcom Jr. Building, 301 E. Huron St. ROLL CALL Present: 2- Jacqueline Beaudry, and Matt Thomas Absent: 2- Stephen Postema, and Michael Cox Kelly Beattie, Boards and Commissions Coordiantor, was also present. PUBLIC COMMENT None. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 19-1627 Election Commission Special Meeting Minutes from July 16, 2019 A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Chair Beaudry, that the Minutes be Approved by the Commission. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. REPORTS City Clerk's Office Report / Update NEW BUSINESS 19-1628 City of Ann Arbor Election Commission Resolution to Consolidate Precincts and Establish Absent Voter Count Boards and Receiving Boards for the Special Election to be Held in the City of Ann Arbor on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Chair Beaudry, that the resolution be approved by the Commission. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried.
