Larcom Jr. Building, 301 E. Huron St. ROLL CALL Present: 3- Jacqueline Beaudry, Matt Thomas, and Jason Forsberg Absent: 2- Stephen Postema, and Michael Cox Jennifer Alexa, Deputy City Clerk; Steve Gerhart, Deputy City Clerk; and Kelly Beattie, Boards and Commissions Coordinator, were also present. PUBLIC COMMENT None. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 20-0005 Election Commission Meeting Minutes, December 5, 2019 A motion was made by Forsberg, seconded by Thomas, that the Minutes be Approved by the Commission. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 20-0006 City of Ann Arbor Election Commission Resolution to Establish Absent Voter Counting Boards and Receiving Boards for the Presidential Primary Election to be Held in the City of Ann Arbor on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Forsberg, that the Resolution be Approved by the Commission. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried.
