Larcom, Jr. Building, Basement Conference Room, 301 E. Huron Street. ROLL CALL Steve Gerhart, Chief Deputy Clerk was in attendance remotely. Present: 4- Jacqueline Beaudry, Michael Cox, Steve Gerhart, and Matt Thomas Absent: 1- Stephen Postema APPROVAL OF AGENDA A motion was made by Cox, seconded by Thomas, that the Agenda be approved as presented. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENT None. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-0421 Election Commission Meeting Minutes of October 12, 2021 A motion was made by Cox, seconded by Thomas, that the Election Commission Meeting Minutes of October 12, 2021 be approved by the Commission and forwarded to the City Council by 3/21/2022. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. NEW BUSINESS City of Ann Arbor Page 1 Election Commission Meeting Minutes - Final March 4, 2022 22-0422 Resolution to Approve New Precinct Boundaries to Comply With Ordinance 21-33, The Reapportionment of Wards, due to the 2020 Census Clerk Beaudry presented the City Clerk's proposal for the new precinct boundaries to comply with Ordinance 21-33. A copy of the presentation is on file in the City Clerk's Office. A motion was made by Cox, seconded by Thomas, that the Resolution be approved by the Commission. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. 22-0429 Policy Agenda Recommendations for the 2023 Fiscal Year from the Election Commission A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Cox, that the Resolution be approved by the Commission.
