Commissioners agreed it's important to get feedback early in the process. Manager should get preliminary drawings and then survey vendors and customers. 1 Vendor loading Commissioners charged manager with soliciting suggestions from vendors for vendor loading/unloading, and implementing a loading zone for customers. Other suggestions to explore further: staggered times and zones to unload; move up annual sign in to 5:30 am; charge more $ for parking and incentivize display over parking; incentivise vendors to park in lots further from market - Commissioner Woolf to share map of enearby parking areas; valet parking 2 Vendor makeup When considering vendors, commissioners think seasonality, food vendors, direct line to farmers, and healthy food access should be prioritized.
