Vice Chair Lucy Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.

No update. Committee members informed the Commission that a
meeting was scheduled to take place on February 2nd, 2023.

The Commission discussed a draft document that included best
practices for renters, landlords, the City of Ann Arbor, and the University
of Michigan.
