Linda Diane Feldt called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Guy
C.Larcom, Jr. Building, 2nd Floor Council Chambers, 301 E. Huron
Street.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA (LINDA DIANE FELDT)
A motion was made by Gordon, seconded by Trudeau, that the
Agenda be Approved as presented. On a voice vote, the Chair
declared the motion carried.

A motion was made by Councilmember Ackerman, seconded by
Trudeau, that the Minutes be Approved by the Commission and
forwarded to the City Council and should be returned by 3/5/2018.
On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried, with a no
vote made by Gururaja.
OLD BUSINESS
Speed Reduction Committee Update (BRADLEY PARSONS)
The committee has met with staff, with recommendations anticipated for
the March meeting. Thanks to staff for detailed comments to committee.
