On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried, with a no vote made by Gururaja. OLD BUSINESS Speed Reduction Committee Update (BRADLEY PARSONS) The committee has met with staff, with recommendations anticipated for the March meeting. Thanks to staff for detailed comments to committee.
