Huron Street. ROLL CALL (LINDA DIANE FELDT) Kayla Coleman called the roll. Non-voting Commission members: Steve Dolen, Liz Margolis, Sergeant Bill Clock, Eli Cooper Non-voting Commission members absent: Carmine Palombo, Howard Lazarus, Luke Liu Attending staff and presenters: Cresson Slotten, Alexis DiLeo, Trevor Brydon (SEMCOG) Present: 8- Prashanth Gururaja, Linda Diane Feldt, Robert Gordon, Cyrus Naheedy, Bradley Parsons, Scott Trudeau, Timothy Hull, and Zachary Ackerman Absent: 3- Michael Firn, Stephanie Preston, and Melissa Stults APPROVAL OF AGENDA (LINDA DIANE FELDT) A motion was made by Gordon, seconded by Trudeau, that the Agenda be Approved as presented. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENT - 3 MINUTES PER SPEAKER (LINDA DIANE FELDT) Clark Charnetski- Sidewalk on Nixon Road, Ann Arbor Train ridership APPROVAL OF MINUTES (LINDA DIANE FELDT) City of Ann Arbor Page 1 Transportation Commission Meeting Minutes February 14, 2018 18-0278 Transportation Commission Meeting Minutes 1-18-2018 A motion was made by Councilmember Ackerman, seconded by Trudeau, that the Minutes be Approved by the Commission and forwarded to the City Council and should be returned by 3/5/2018. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried, with a no vote made by Gururaja. OLD BUSINESS Speed Reduction Committee Update (BRADLEY PARSONS) The committee has met with staff, with recommendations anticipated for the March meeting. Thanks to staff for detailed comments to committee. INFORMATION AND DISCUSSION Bicylce Parking Ordinance (ALEXIS DILEO) 18-0284 Bicycle Parking Ordinance - discussion materials Received and Filed Bicylce Parking Ordinance Q&A (LINDA DIANE FELDT) Commissioners provided feedback and reactions to existing bike parking ordinance and general availability of bike parking, particularly downtown. 18-0319 Alexis DiLeo Transit District Presentation Received and Filed Transit Zoning District Q&A (LINDA DIANE FELDT) Commissioners provided feedback and reactions to initial transit zoning concepts.
