On a unanimous voice vote, the Planning Commission Chair declared the motion carried. This motion shall be forwarded to City Council and should be returned by 6/7/2021. On a unanimous voice vote, the Transportation Commission Chair declared the motion carried. OTHER BUSINESS 21-0775 Healthy Streets (Transportation Commission Action) Commissioner questions and comments included: • Feeder street reminders • Packard bike lane • Paint and post • Street width • Broadway bridges A motion was made by Hautamaki, seconded by Boland, that the Transportation Commission recommends the ‘Resolution to award contract to the appropriate bidder for the 2021 Healthy Streets Deployment; and to Appropriate the necessary funds from the Major Street Fund Operations and City of Ann Arbor Maintenance Budget and from the Minor Street Fund Operations and Maintenance Budget' be Approved by the Commission and forwarded to the City Council and should be returned by 5/3/2021. On a unanimous voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. 21-0776 Reconsideration of Amendments to Modify Home Occupation Regulations in Section 5.16.6.H of Chapter 55 Unified Development Code for City Council Approval.
