A motion was made by Planning Commissioner Disch, seconded by
Transportation Commissioner Hull, that the Agenda be Approved.
On a unanimous voice vote, the Planning Commission Chair
declared the motion carried.

A motion was made by Councilmember Briggs, seconded by Lee,
that the Ann Arbor Transportation Commission recommends that
the City Planning Commission and City Council adopt The Ann
Arbor Moving Together Towards Vision Zero – City of Ann Arbor
Comprehensive Transportation Plan as an element of the City of
Ann Arbor Master Plan, and repeals the previous documents that
this update replaces the The Ann Arbor Transportation Plan – 2009
and The Non-Motorized Transportation Plan – 2007 and Update
2013. This motion shall be forwarded to City Council and should be
returned by 6/7/2021. On a unanimous voice vote, the
Transportation Commission Chair declared the motion carried.
OTHER BUSINESS
21-0775 Healthy Streets (Transportation Commission Action)
Commissioner questions and comments included:

• Broadway bridges
A motion was made by Hautamaki, seconded by Boland, that the
Transportation Commission recommends the ‘Resolution to award
contract to the appropriate bidder for the 2021 Healthy Streets
Deployment; and to Appropriate the necessary funds from the Major
Street Fund Operations and City of Ann Arbor Maintenance Budget
and from the Minor Street Fund Operations and Maintenance
Budget' be Approved by the Commission and forwarded to the City
Council and should be returned by 5/3/2021. On a unanimous voice
vote, the Chair declared the motion carried.
21-0776 Reconsideration of Amendments to Modify Home Occupation Regulations
in Section 5.16.6.H of Chapter 55 Unified Development Code for City
Council Approval. (Planning Commission Action)
Planning Commission discussion and action. No Transportation

Planning and Transportation Commissions be adjourned. On a
unanimous voice vote, the Planning Commission Chair declared the
motion carried.
