A motion was made by Kleinman, seconded by Boland, to propose
the approval of an amendment to Spin's agreement for the inclusion
of e-bicycles within the City. Said motion was forwarded to the City
Council and should be returned by 5/1/2023. On a unanimous voice
vote, the chair declared the motion carried.

A motion was made by Akmon, seconded by Boland, to allow the
Chair to endorse the letters of congressional support for the
Pedestrian Signal Upgrade Project and the Ann Arbor Station
Project. Said motion was forwarded to the City Council and should
be returned by 5/1/2023. On a unanimous voice vote, the chair
declared the motion carried.

VI.A.) 2023 Resurfacing and Related Projects Update
• The agenda item in question has been rescheduled for the upcoming
Transportation Commission meeting, which is to be held on the 19th of
April.
