Spin agreement amendment for e-bikes 23-0462 Spin agreement amendment for e-bikes Commissioner questions and comments: • Geographical Bike Range, Fleet expansion. • Range of use, Patterns of travel data, infrastructural changes • Track equitable access, University geo fencing, • Scooter sidewalk program • Bike racks • Year-round deployment A motion was made by Kleinman, seconded by Boland, to propose the approval of an amendment to Spin's agreement for the inclusion of e-bicycles within the City. Said motion was forwarded to the City Council and should be returned by 5/1/2023. On a unanimous voice vote, the chair declared the motion carried. V.B.) Congressional Funding Requests 23-0463 Congressional Funding Requests Commissioner questions and comments: • Ann Arbor Train station project City of Ann Arbor Page 2 Transportation Commission Meeting Minutes - Draft March 15, 2023 • Probability of success, other funding • Funding allocation. A motion was made by Akmon, seconded by Boland, to allow the Chair to endorse the letters of congressional support for the Pedestrian Signal Upgrade Project and the Ann Arbor Station Project. Said motion was forwarded to the City Council and should be returned by 5/1/2023. On a unanimous voice vote, the chair declared the motion carried. VI.) INFORMATION AND DISCUSSION VI.A.) 2023 Resurfacing and Related Projects Update • The agenda item in question has been rescheduled for the upcoming Transportation Commission meeting, which is to be held on the 19th of April. VI.B.)
