Roll Call Present: 6- Mayor Pantelides, Alderwoman Pindell Charles, Alderwoman Finlayson, Alderman Kirby, Alderman Pfeiffer and Alderman Arnett Absent: 3- Alderman Budge, Alderman Paone and Alderman Littmann Staff Present Acting City Attorney Elson, Finance Director Miller, Human Resources Director Rensted, DNEP Director Broadbent, Acting Planning and Zoning Director Nash, Public Works Director Jarrell, Procurement Officer Snyder Business and Miscellaneous Purposed Closed Session - Pursuant to State Government Article 10-508 (a) (7). To consult with the City Law Office. Alderman Arnett moved to enter closed session. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 6- Mayor Pantelides, Alderwoman Pindell Charles, Alderwoman Finlayson, Alderman Kirby, Alderman Pfeiffer and Alderman Arnett Absent: 3- Alderman Budge, Alderman Paone and Alderman Littmann The council members moved into closed session at 3:06 p.m. To adjourn the closed session at 4:34 p.m. Alderman Pfeiffer moved to exit out of Closed Session.
