Call to Order
Mayor Buckley called the Special Meeting to order at 2:07 p.m.
Pledge of Allegiance
Led by Mayor Buckley.
Roll Call
Today's roll call began with Alderman Gay.
Present: 6 - Mayor Buckley, Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman Finlayson, Alderman Savidge,
Alderman Arnett and Alderman Gay
Absent: 2 - Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Pindell Charles
Approval of Agenda
Alderwoman Tierney moved to approve the agenda. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The
motion CARRIED by the following vote:
Aye: 6 - Mayor Buckley, Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman Finlayson, Alderman Savidge,
Alderman Arnett and Alderman Gay
Absent: 3 - Alderman Paone, Alderwoman Pindell Charles and Rodriguez
First Readers
R-40-20 State of Emergency - For the purpose of further extending the termination
date of the Declaration of State of Emergency for the City of Annapolis
that was issued on March 12, 2020.
Sponsors: Buckley
Alderwoman Tierney moved to adopt R-40-20 on first reader. Seconded. CARRIED on voice
vote.
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to suspend the rules to allow passage of resolution at the
meeting of its introduction. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

Alderwoman Tierney moved to adopt R-40-20 on second reader. Seconded. A roll call vote
was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:

Alderman Arnett and Alderman Gay
Absent: 3 - Alderman Paone, Alderwoman Pindell Charles and Rodriguez
Adjournment
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the meeting was adjourned at 2:46 p.m.
