We encourage the public to attend. However, the public will not have the opportunity to speak or give
comments.
Call to Order
Mayor Buckley called the Special Virtual Meeting to order at 3:02 pm.
Roll Call
Present: 9 - Mayor Buckley, Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman O'Neill, Alderwoman Pindell Charles,
Alderwoman Finlayson, Alderman Schandelmeier, Alderman Gay, Alderman Savidge and
Alderman Arnett
Business and Miscellaneous
ID-4-22 Proposed Closed Session of the City Council in accordance with the
Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article, Section 3-305 (b)
(7) and (14).
Discussion Topic: Concession Agreement for Hillman Garage
Alderman Schandelmeier move pursuant to the Annotated Code of Maryland, General
Provisions Article § 3-305 (b) (7) (14), to go into closed session. Seconded. A roll call vote was
taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:
Aye: 9 - Mayor Buckley, Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman O'Neill, Alderwoman Pindell Charles,
Alderwoman Finlayson, Alderman Schandelmeier, Alderman Gay, Alderman Savidge and
Alderman Arnett
The council entered into the closed session at 3:04 pm.
Alderman Gay moved to exit out of the closed session. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.
The council exited out of the closed session at 4.56 pm.
Adjournment
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Virtual Special Meeting was adjourned at
5:04 p.m.
