Chambers, Jr. City Council Chambers Special Meeting - Proposed Closed Session Call to Order Mayor Buckley called the Special Meeting to order at 3:00 pm. Pledge of Allegiance Led by Mayor Buckley. Roll Call Present: 6 - Mayor Buckley, Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman O'Neill, Alderwoman Pindell Charles, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderman Gay Absent: 3 - Alderman Schandelmeier, Alderman Savidge and Alderman Arnett Business and Miscellaneous item ID-130-22 General Provisions Art. § 3-305(b) (1) and (9) to consider matters that relate to the negotiations. Discussion Topics: Related Personnel Matters. Alderwoman O'Neill moved move pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article § 3-305 (b) (1) and (9), to go into closed session Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 6 - Mayor Buckley, Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman O'Neill, Alderwoman Pindell Charles, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderman Gay Absent: 3 - Alderman Schandelmeier, Alderman Savidge and Alderman Arnett The council enter into its closed session at 3:05 pm. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to exit out of closed session. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 8 - Mayor Buckley, Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman O'Neill, Alderwoman Pindell Charles, Alderwoman Finlayson, Alderman Gay, Alderman Savidge and Alderman Arnett Absent: 1 - Alderman Schandelmeier The council exited out of Closed Session at 5:07 pm.
