Call To Order
Mayor Buckley called the Special Meeting to order at 1:00 pm.
Pledge of Allegiance
Led by Mayor Buckley.

Present: 5 - Mayor Buckley, Alderwoman O'Neill, Alderwoman Finlayson, Alderman Savidge and
Alderman Arnett
Absent: 4 - Alderwoman Pindell Charles, Alderman Schandelmeier, Alderman Gay and Alderman

ID-134-24 Proposed Closed Session Pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland,
GENERAL PROVISIONS, section, 3-305 (b) (1) (i) (ii) Discussion Topic:
PRM Compensation Consulting Services - Classification and Compensation
Study
Alderman Arnett moved pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article §
3-305(b) (1) (i) (ii), to go into closed session. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion
CARRIED by the following vote:
Aye: 5 - Mayor Buckley, Alderwoman O'Neill, Alderwoman Finlayson, Alderman Savidge and
Alderman Arnett
Absent: 4 - Alderwoman Pindell Charles, Alderman Schandelmeier, Alderman Gay and Alderman
Huntley
The council entered in its closed session at 1:02 pm.
Alderman Savidge moved to adjourn the close session at 3:03 pm.. Seconded. CARRIED on voice
vote.
ADJOURNMENT
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Special Meeting was adjourned at 3:06 pm.
