Planned Development - For the purpose of amending the Agreement for
the privatization of street rights-of-way in the Thomas Woods Planned
Development.

City Attorney Leahy was present and answered questions from the committee. Dimtri
Sfakiyanudis, 45 Old Solomons Island Road, Annapolis, Maryland 21401 representing
ETN Global and the Thomas Woods Homeowners Association was present and
answered questions from the Committee.
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on
voice vote.

Annapolis Spring Sailboat Show, in April 2017, to conduct boat shows.
