Chairman Schandelmeier called the meeting to order at 6:41 p.m.

Alderman Gay moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda. Seconded. The
motion carried by the following vote:

Alderman Savidge moved to approve the Minutes for the Regular Meeting.
Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following

answered questions from the committee.
Alderman Savidge moved to recommend favorably AP-23-22. Seconded. A
roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:

O-10-22 Peddlers, Hawkers, and Itinerant Merchants - Time Restrictions - For the
purpose of modifying the time period during which certain peddlers, hawkers, and
itinerant merchants may conduct licensed activities.

Alderman Arnett was present and addressed the committee.
Alderman Gay requested to be added as a co-sponsor.
Alderman Savidge moved to recommend favorably O-10-22. Seconded. A roll

Update from the from Economic Development Manager Stephen Rice and Small and
Minority Business Enterprise Liaison Hope Stewart
Economic Development Manager Rice and Small and Minority Business
Enterprise Liaison Stewart provided the committee with updates on the following:
16 new businesses, 1 ribbon cutting, and provided assistance to 35 businesses.
