1. Call To Order
Chairman Savidge called the meeting to order at 3:07 p.m.
2. Roll Call
Present: 3- Alderman Savidge, Alderman Tierney and Alderman Arnett
3. Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderman Arnett moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda. Seconded. A roll
call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:
Aye: 3- Alderman Savidge, Alderman Tierney and Alderman Arnett
4. Business before Committee
a. Approval of Minutes
ENV11.20.19 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting
Alderman Arnett moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken.
The motion CARRIED by the following vote:
Aye: 3- Alderman Savidge, Alderman Tierney and Alderman Arnett
b. ID-8-20 Special Presentation: BWI Flight Path, Mary Reese
District 30 Representative, Mary Reese, was present and provided the committee
with a presentation on the BWI Flight Path.
c. ID-7-20 Developmental Update: Planning & Zoning
Planning and Zoning Acting Director Nash and Public Works Engineer Waters
were present and answered questions from the committee.
d. ID-9-20 Discussion: Stormwater Management Policies (New Development)
Public Works Assistant Director Patrick, Chief Engineer Brice, Public Works
Engineer Waters, and Office of Environmental Policy Director Guild were present
and answered questions from the committee.
5. General Discussion
e. Update from the Office of Environmental Policy
Office of Environmental Policy Director Guild, and Raycine Hodo were present
and provided the committee with an update.

6. Adjournment
The committee discussed the plastic bag ban and fee. City Attorney Lyles and Office
of Environmental Policy Director Guild were present and answered questions from the
committee.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the meeting was adjourned at
5:22 p.m.
