Seconded. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Savidge, Alderman Tierney and Alderman Arnett 1. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes ENV02.17.21 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting Attachments: ENV02.17.21 Alderman Arnett moved to approve the minutes for the Regular Meeting. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. Legislation before Committee O-5-21 Tucker Street Launching Facility - For the purpose of providing procedures for use of the Tucker Street launching facility; providing certain definitions; establishing acceptable proofs of residency for issuance of certain permits; and providing penalties for violations. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Savidge, Alderman Tierney and Alderman Arnett Harbor Master Bellis, and Assistant City Attorney Braithwaite were present and answered questions from the Committee. Alderman Paone was present and addressed the Committee. Alderman Arnett moved to postpone O-5-21 until the next Environmental Matters Committee Meeting. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Savidge, Alderman Tierney and Alderman Arnett 3. General Discussion Update from Deputy City Manager of Resiliency and Sustainability, Jacqueline Guild Deputy City Manager of Resiliency and Sustainability Guild was present and provided the Committee with an update.
