Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes ENV Special Meeting Minutes 11.30.23 Attachments: Journal Alderman Arnett moved to approve ENV 11.30.23. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Legislation O-28-23 City Noise Prohibitions and Enforcement - For the purpose of updating the Annapolis City Code noise prohibition section by adding a ban on certain noise in residential areas; expanding enforcement; and generally related to noise prohibitions. General Discussion ID-12-24 Resilience and Sustainability Update Deputy City Manager Resilience and Sustainability Guild was present to answer questions from the committee. Alderman Savidge requested Storm Water Project Manager Mckeown prepare a report on Watershed Restoration Fund report.
