Call To Order Chairman Pfeiffer called the meeting to order at 5:03 p.m. Roll Call Present: 3- Alderman Pfeiffer, Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone 2. Business before Committee a. Approval of Minutes FC090115 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting Attachments: FC09.01.15. Alderman Pfeiffer moved to approve. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 3- Alderman Pfeiffer, Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone b. Grant Approvals GA-13-16 FY 2015 State Homeland Security Grant Program (SHSG) Fire/OEM Attachments: GA-13-16 Deputy Fire Chief Simmons gave an overview of the grant and answered questions from the committee. Alderman Paone moved to approve. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 3- Alderman Pfeiffer, Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone GA-14-16 FY 2015 State Homeland Security Grant Program/ Fire/OEM Attachments: GA-14-16 Deputy Fire Chief Simmons gave an overview of the grant and answered questions from the committee. Legislation before Committee O-35-15 CITY OF ANNAPOLIS POLICE AND FIRE RETIREMENT PLAN - For the purpose of adopting the City of Annapolis Police and Fire Retirement Plan Amendment and Restatement, effective July 1, 2015. Joseph Mason, Senior Vice President, Davenport & Company LLC., One James Center, Suite 1100, 901 Est Cary Street, Richmond, Virginia 23219 and Robert Doory representing Miles & Stockbridge P.C., 100 Light Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21202 gave a presentation on the discussion topic and answered questions from the committee.
