the committee.
Alderman Paone moved to approve. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

Est Cary Street, Richmond, Virginia 23219 and Robert Doory representing Miles &
Stockbridge P.C., 100 Light Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21202 gave a presentation on
the discussion topic and answered questions from the committee.
