Call To Order Chairman Pfeiffer called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m. Roll Call Present: 2- Alderman Pfeiffer and Alderman Arnett Absent: 1- Alderman Paone 2. Business before Committee a. Approval of Minutes FC111715 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting Attachments: FC11.17.15 Alderman Arnett moved to approve. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 2- Alderman Pfeiffer and Alderman Arnett Absent: 1- Alderman Paone b. Grant Approvals GA-23-16 MIEMSS ALS Grant FY2016- Fire Attachments: GA- 23-16 Battalion Commander Butler Annapolis Fire Department gave a presentation on the grant and answered questions from the committee. Alderman Arnett moved to approve. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 2- Alderman Pfeiffer and Alderman Arnett Absent: 1- Alderman Paone c. Budget Revision Requests GT-07-16 Planning and Zoning- Transfer From CDBG Program Income Transfer To CDBG Stanton Center Project Attachments: GT-07-16 Budget Revision Request GT-07-16 Memo Planning and Zoning Director Gutwald gave a presentation on the Budget Revision Request and answered questions from the committee. Senior Engineer Brice spoke on the legislation and answered questions from the committee. Procurement Officer Snyder was also present and spoke on the legislation. Aye: 2- Alderman Pfeiffer and Alderman Arnett Absent: 1- Alderman Paone O-36-15 Adequate Public Facilities - For the purpose of adding review criteria and certification for adequate school facilities to Title 22 of the Code of the City of Annapolis; and matters generally relating to the adequacy of school facilities.
